Add Proposed Well

With this feature... Do this...
Header
Well Name Add any alphanumeric characters that represent the UWI. The data you enter does not have to be a properly formed well ID. It can even be a single character o number.
Like all data in this dialog box, the well name you type can be changed in the future.
Well Type To change the existing well type, select Vertical, Deviated, or Horizontal.
If moving from Vertical to either Deviated or Horizontal, the Landing and Bottom boxes appear. The Bottom box is automatically populated with the Lat/Long from the Surface box. The well that appears on the map is adjusted according to your selections above.
Symbol Select from the standard well header symbol fonts available throughout AccuMap.
Inventory Number Type an alphanumeric ID with which the proposed well is identified in a spreadsheet, database, or other internal system in your organization.
Location
Surface | Landing | Bottom These values are automatically generated when you create the well. If you change these values in this dialog box, the well positions move on the map. If you change the Well Type, the boxes that appear change. See the Well Type description above for details.
Click between the Decimal Degrees, Degrees Minutes Seconds, UTM, and Metes and Bounds tabs to use a different measurement. User-entered metes and bounds override the default metes and bounds, which are calculated from the Lat/Long value. Calculated metes and bounds are colored green in the DataCard, but calculated metes and bounds are not posted, inspectable, or printed.
Depths
Depth Datum Select KB, Subsea, TVD, or type a custom depth datum type.
Unit System Select the depth units. No conversion will be applied to existing depths, and the Units radio buttons that appear in the lower-left of the DataCard are disabled while the DataCard: Proposed Well is in Edit mode so that conversions cannot be applied to the Proposed Wells values.
